Farmer’s  Market

 

1    cup sour cream

˝   cup confectioners’ sugar

˝   teaspoon vanilla

1    pineapple core, cut into chunks

6    navel oranges, sectioned

1   cup shredded coconut

 

 In a bowl, mix sour cream, powdered sugar and vanilla.  Section oranges and cut pineapple core into chunks.  Add fruit and coconut to sour cream mixture and toss to coat.  Cover and chill at least one hour before serving.

Yield:  6 servings.
