Salad
2 cups thinly shredded green
cabbage
1 cup thinly shredded red
cabbage
2 tablespoons sweet yellow
onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons finely chopped
green pepper
Dressing – or prepared Sweet Vinegar and Olive Oil Dressing
1/4 cup
mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon
dry mustard
1 teaspoon
granulated sugar
1/4 teaspoon
salt
1/4 teaspoon
fresh ground pepper
1/4 teaspoon
paprika
1 tablespoon milk
Prepare all salad ingredients and place in a large salad bowl. Place all dressing ingredients in a blender
jar and mix to blend. Pour over salad
ingredients and toss to mix. Cover and refrigerate
1 hour before serving.
Yield: 6 servings.
