Tacos

2   pounds ground sirloin

1   1.25-ounce package taco seasoning

12 taco shells

2   cups shredded Cheddar cheese 

1   16-ounce can fat-free refried beans

     Shredded lettuce

     Diced tomatoes

     Fat-free sour cream

 

Fry ground sirloin in a large skillet until well done.  Drain and set aside.  Warm taco shells in a preheated 300-degree oven for about 5 minutes.  Heat refried beans in   saucepan over low heat.  Prepare a bowl of sour cream and a try of toppings.  Serve buffet style and allow guests to prepare their own taco.
