Angel Cup
For a perfect Angel Cup, all ingredients must be contained within the bread cup. Butter a slice of bread, place it in a muffin pan cup, sprinkle on a little cheese and top with an egg. Bake for 20-25 minutes and you have a meal-in-one that you can serve on a plate or eat like a breakfast bite. A few preparation tips: (l) Use day old bread, remove crust and gently place in muffin cup without breaking. (2) Choose your favorite shredded cheese, but only add recipe amount. (3) Small bits of ham, turkey, cooked bacon or sausage can top cheese. (4) Break egg into measuring cup to check quality of egg. (5) Egg can be added whole or beaten. (6) Season just before serving. Prepare one for yourself or a dozen for your family and friends.
