2 medium eggs
3/4 cup granulated
sugar
1/2 cup all-purpose
flour
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 cups Granny Smith apples, peeled and thinly
sliced
3/4 cup chopped
pecans
In a bowl, beat
eggs and sugar together. In another
bowl, mix flour and cinnamon together.
Stir flour mixture into egg mixture.
Layer sliced apples and pecans on the bottom of an 8-inch round baking
pan coated with a spray of Canola oil.
Cover with batter. Bake for 30 to
35 minutes or until apples are tender and topping golden brown.
Yield: 6 servings.
