1 pound Jonathan apples,
peeled, cored and very thinly sliced

cup golden raisins
1 teaspoon ground
cinnamon
2 tablespoons
granulated sugar
2 tablespoons
all-purpose flour

16-ounce package phyllo dough
¼
cup butter, melted
Preheat oven to 375-degrees. In a bowl, combine raisins, cinnamon, sugar
and flour. Spread several sheets of phyllo dough generously with melted butter and lay them
atop of the other on a baking sheet lightly coated with cooking spray. Spread the fruit mixture evenly to within
1-inch of the edges of the top sheet.
Roll sheets up to form a log shape.
Brush with melted butter again.
Bake for 35 minutes until pastry is golden brown and fruit is tender.
Yield: 4 servings.
