Asparagus Au Gratin

 

Farmer’s Market

1     pound asparagus, trimmed

1     10-ounce can cheddar cheese soup

¼    cup milk

½    teaspoon dry mustard

½    teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

       Salt and fresh ground pepper to taste

       Breadcrumbs

 

Preheat oven to 350-degrees.  Steam of cook asparagus in a small amount of water until crisp tender; drain.  Place in a casserole coated with cooking spray.  Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl and pour over asparagus.  Sprinkle with salt and pepper and bread crumbs.  Bake about 20 minutes or until heated thru. 

Yield: 4 servings.
