Avocado Dip

 

Farmer’s Market

 

2   ripe avocados, peeled, pitted and diced

1   large ripe tomato diced

¼  cup finely chopped sweet yellow onions

2   cloves garlic, minced

1   teaspoon dried cilantro

1   lime, squeeze juice

½  teaspoon ground cumin

½  teaspoon salt

½  teaspoon fresh ground pepper

 

In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.  Toss to mix.  Cover and refrigerate for several hours.  Serve with tortilla chips.
