Fish
1 pound
fish fillets, cut into 4 portions
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
3 tablespoons butter, melted
Paprika
Preheat oven to 350-degrees. Rinse
fish with cold water and pat dry.
Sprinkle both sides with salt and pepper. Mix together lemon juice, and butter in a
shallow dish. Dip each portion into the
lemon juice mixture and place in a greased baking dish. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until fish flakes
easily. Place fish on a hot platter,
pour cooking juice over. Sprinkle with
paprika. Garnish with lemon slice and a
fresh sprig of parsley.
Yield: 4 servings.
