Baked Lamb Chops

8    lamb chops

3    eggs

1    tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

2    cups herb-seasoned bread crumbs

      Salt and fresh ground pepper to taste

 

Preheat oven to 375-degrees.  In a shallow pan, mix the eggs and Worcestershire sauce.  In another shallow pan, place the bread crumbs.  Dip each chop into the egg mixture and then dredge in the bread crumbs.  Place single layer in a 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking pan coated with cooking spray.  Bake for 15 minutes and then turn chops over.  Bake another 15 minutes or until desired doneness. 

Yield:  4 servings.
