potatoes, about ¾ pound each
Vegetable oil
Preheat oven to 425-degrees. Scrub potatoes with a vegetable brush and dry
with paper towels. Pierce potatoes in
several places to allow steam to escape.
Brush oil over skin. Place
potatoes on baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Turn potatoes over half way
during baking time. Bake 50 to 60
minutes or until tender when pierced with a fork.
