Banana on a Stick

Potassium (banana)
regulates blood pressure, normal muscle contractions and promotes regular
heartbeat. It also maintains water balance in tissues and cells.
Carbohydrates
(morsels & banana) give work energy for body activities and heat energy for
maintenance of body temperature.
1 craft stick
1 custard cup
1 small paper plate
1/2 banana, unpeeled
2 tablespoons melted chocolate morsels
2. Push stick halfway into banana.
3. Dip banana into cup of melted morsels.
4. Eat and enjoy!
Wash your hands
with soap and water before cooking.
Wear an apron or
smock to protect your clothes.
Listen carefully to
directions.
Use good table
manners.
Assist with clean
up.
