8 lean pork chops, ½-inch thick
Mall’s Barbecue
Sauce
Preheat gas grill to medium high and lightly spray grate
with cooking spray. Score edges of chops
in several places to prevent curling.
Sear chops on both sides. Reduce
heat to medium, cover and cook to almost well done. The last 5 minutes of
cooking time, brush on barbecue sauce.
