SUPPLIES!
Whole-wheat flour
tortilla, 9 inch
American cheese,
thin sliced
Lettuce
Lite mayonnaise
MATERIALS!
1 teaspoon measure
1 plastic knife
1 small paper plate
RECIPE – 1
SERVING!
1 6-inch whole grain tortilla
1 thin slice deli chicken or turkey
1/2 thin slice
American cheese
1/2 lettuce leaf
1/2 teaspoon mayonnaise
DIRECTIONS!
1. Measure mayonnaise and spread on
tortilla.
2. Place on chicken/turkey, cheese and
lettuce.
3. Roll tortilla up.
4. Eat and enjoy!
