1 18.25-ounce
yellow cake mix
1 8-ounce
package cream cheese
˝ cup Canola oil
3 large eggs
2 teaspoons
vanilla
2 cups fresh
blueberries
Preheat oven to 350-degrees. Combine cake mix, cream cheese, oil, eggs and
vanilla. Beat for 4 minutes using an
electric mixer. Gently fold in
blueberries. Spoon into a 13 x 9 x
2-inch baking pan coated with cooking spray and lightly floured. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until a
toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Place pan on wire rack to cool. Dust with a light sprinkle of sifted
confectioners’ sugar.
