Breaded Pork Chops
4 center-cut
pork chops, ½ to ¾ -inch thick
Salt and fresh
ground pepper to taste
2 eggs, beaten
2 tablespoons
milk
½ cup all-purpose
flour
¼ cup vegetable
oil
Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper. In a shallow bowl, whisk together egg and
milk. In another
shallow bowl, spoon in flour. Dip
each pork chop into the egg mixture and then dredge completely in flour. Heat oil in a non-stick
skillet over medium heat. Fry
pork chops well done about 6 to 8 minutes on each side.
Yield: 4 servings.
