Broccoli Rice Casserole - Anne
1 stick butter,
melted
1 10-ounce can
cream of mushroom soup
1 10-ounce can
chicken soup
1 1-pound bag
frozen broccoli
1 cup minute
rice, uncooked
1 large jar
cheese whiz
Preheat oven to 325-degrees. Coat a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan with
cooking spray. In a large bowl, mix
together the rice, butter, both soups and broccoli. Spoon into baking pan. Cover and bake for 45 minutes. Uncover and spread over cheese whiz. Bake for another 15 minutes.
