Broiled Tilapia

 

Sarah’s “Lite” Recipes

 

4   Tilapia fillets

     Olive oil

     Salt and fresh ground pepper

     Paprika

 

Preheat broiler.   Soak fillets in ice water for 10 minutes.  Pat dry with paper towels.

Prepare broiler pan rack with a spray of Canola oil.  Brush both sides of fillets with olive oil.  Lightly salt and pepper.   Broil 5-6 inches from heat.  Broil on one side for 3 minutes.  Turn and boil other side until flesh flakes easily.  Place on warm serving plate and sprinkle lightly with paprika.

Yield:  4 servings.
