1 green
cabbage, cut into 8 pieces
3 tablespoons
butter, melted
Salt and
fresh ground pepper to taste
Place cabbage in large pot and cover with cold
water. Cover and cook until cabbage is
crisp-tender, about
10 to 12 minutes.
Remove cabbage to a colander and drain.
Transfer to a large serving platter.
Drizzle with melted butter. Salt
and pepper to taste.
Yield: 8
servings.
