Cantaloupe & Mango Sorbet

 

Farmer’s Market

 

2    cups cantaloupe balls, frozen

1    mango, peeled and cubed

¼   cup superfine sugar

¼   cup fresh lime juice

 

In a blender or food processor jar puree the melon balls, mango cubes, sugar and lime juice.  Spoon into dessert dishes.   Cover with plastic wrap and place in freezer for 1 hour.  Stir at least once to break up any ice crystals.  Garnish with mint leaves and fresh raspberries.  

Yield:  4 servings.
