toffee bits

Preheat oven to 350-degrees. In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter,
sugars and peanut butter. On low speed,
add in baking mix. Stir in toffee bits,
pecans and chocolate morsels. Drop dough
by rounded spoonfuls onto a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Flatten dough with a tablespoon. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden
brown. Cool on baking sheet for 1 minute
and remove to wire rack.

Place caramels in a saucepan and melt over very low
heat. Whisk in cream and vanilla. Spoon caramel mixture evenly over tops of
cookies. Drizzle melted milk chocolate
morsels over caramel mixture.
