1 head
cauliflower, separated into small florets
1 bunch
broccoli, separated into florets
1 red bell
pepper, chopped
1 sweet yellow onion, chopped
6 slices bacon
Salt and fresh
ground pepper to taste
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons
vegetable oil
2 tablespoons
white vinegar
2 tablespoons
granulated sugar
Mix together vegetables in a large salad bowl. Whisk together dressing
ingredients in a small bowl. Pour
dressing over salad and toss to coat.
Cover and chill at least 2 hours before serving.
Yield: 6 servings.
