Soya shoots
1 tablespoon

1 cup water
Salt to taste

Cooked rice
Heat oil over low heat in a pan/wok. First cook
peppers, onion and then garlic. Add
chicken and let it fry with all the vegetables. Add a knife point of shrimp paste and a ¼ teaspoon vetsin powder. Add in celery, carrots,
and beans. Stir continuously so it doesn’t
burn. After 5 minutes add soya shoots,
and shrimp. Sprinkle corn flour over the
mix of food. Pour
over a cup of water and turn up the heat to cook faster. When mixture begins to thicken, turn off heat.
Serve over cooked rice. Add a half of teaspoon of soy sauce if you like.
