Cheesy Potato Casserole

2     pounds frozen hash browns, cubed

¼    cup butter, melted

1     10-ounce can cream of chicken soup

2     cups sour cream

2     cups cheese, cubed

2     tablespoons onion, minced

       Salt and pepper to taste

 

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together.  Pour into a casserole dish.  Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for 1 hour.
