1 1/2 teaspoons crushed sage

6 skinless,
boneless chicken breast halves, pounded to ¼ -inch thickness
6 thin
slices ham

tablespoons margarine, melted
1/3 cup fine
bread crumbs

tablespoons Parmesan cheese

tablespoons chopped parsley
Preheat oven to 350-degrees. Sprinkle sage and pepper
over chicken. Place slice of ham on
top. Roll up and secure with
toothpicks.
Place butter in shallow dish. Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and parsley in another
dish. Dip chicken in butter then roll
in crumb mixture.
Place chicken in shallow baking dish. Bake 40 minutes, until tender.
