Chocolate Banana Soy Shake
2 large bananas, chilled and cut into 1-inch chunks
1 cup soy milk
2 tablespoons
cocoa powder
3 tablespoons
granulated sugar
1 teaspoon
vanilla
In a small bowl, mix together cocoa and sugar. Place all ingredients into a blender
jar. Puree until smooth, about 2
minutes. Serve in a chilled beverage
glass. Yield: 2 to 4 servings.
