1 18.5-ounce box chocolate cake mix
1 cup water
¼
cup canola oil
3 medium eggs
1 16-ounce can pecan coconut frosting
Mix together cake mix, water, oil and
eggs with an electric mixer.
Beat on medium-high speed for 3 minutes.
Spoon frosting into bottom of a microwave bundt or
tube pan. Place cake mixture
on top of frosting. Let
stand 5 minutes before
baking. Microwave on
high power for about 12 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes in pan. Invert onto
serving plate.
