Chocolate Monkey

blood pressure, normal muscle contractions and promotes regular heart beat. It
also maintains water balance in tissues and cells.
Carbohydrates
(chocolate & banana) give work energy for body activities and heat energy
for maintenance of body temperature.
Vitamin D and
calcium (ice cream) help build strong bones and teeth.
Chocolate syrup
1 cup liquid measure
1 tablespoon measure
1 teaspoon measure
1 plastic knife
1 8-ounce serving cup
1 Electric blender
1/2 cup milk
1
tablespoon
ice cream
1
teaspoon
chocolate syrup
1/4 banana
DIRECTIONS!
1. Peel banana and cut into slices. Place in blender jar.
2. Measure milk, ice cream, and chocolate
syrup. Place in blender jar.
3. Adult blends ingredients.
4. Pour into serving cup.
5. Eat and enjoy!
Wash your hands
with soap and water before cooking.
Wear an apron or
smock to protect your clothes.
Listen carefully to
directions.
Use good table
manners.
