2 3-ounce packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup mayonnaise
½ cup red maraschino cherries, halved
½ cup green maraschino cherries, halved
1 20-ounce can crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup chopped pecans
1 ½ cups miniature marshmallows
1 cup whipping cream, whipped
Blend together cream
cheese and mayonnaise. Stir in cherries,
pineapple, pecans and marshmallows. Fold
in whipping cream. Pour into 8-cup ring
mold and freeze until firm.
Yield: 8 servings.
