Citrus Pork Chops/Ginger Peaches
Give Dad a big hug
and thank him for all the wonderful things he has done for you. For Sunday dinner, serve him an entrée of a
citrus pork chop garnished with a ginger peach. Boneless center cut pork chops are marinated
in a citrus marinade for several hours.
Peach halves are sprinkled with ground ginger and baked along with the
pork chops. Perhaps serve with mashed
potatoes, green beans and fresh baked rolls.
A great meal for Dad to enjoy!
