Corn Butters
1 stick unsalted
butter, softened
2 teaspoons:
Italian seasoning, dried basil, dried oregano, dried thyme, chili
powder, onion
powder, curry powder or garlic powder.
Place all ingredients in a blender jar. Blend until smooth and creamy. To develop the flavor, refrigerate in a
covered container for at least 4 hours before serving.
Yield: ½ cup.
