Corn
Casserole – Mary Louise Doolin – IL
1 stick margarine or butter
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can creamed corn
1 8-ounce container of sour cream
1 box Jiffy corn mix
1 egg,
beaten
Salt
and pepper to taste
Shredded
Cheddar cheese (however much you want - not a whole lot)
Melt margarine/butter in casserole dish and add all ingredients except shredded
cheese. Mix well. Sprinkle shredded
cheese on top and bake for 40-45 minutes at 350-degrees.
