1 18.25-ounce box
Moist Deluxe Yellow Cake Mix
1 stick butter,
melted
2 large eggs,
beaten
1 cup
old-fashioned rolled oats
¾
cup packed light brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground
cinnamon
1 16-ounce can
Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce
Preheat oven to 350-degrees. In a large bowl, mix together the cake mix,
butter, eggs, oats, brown sugar and cinnamon.
Reserve half the cake mixture.
Pack the remaining cake mixture into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan coated
with cooking spray. Spread cranberries
evenly over. Sprinkle reserved cake
mixture over the cranberry layer. Bake
for 30 to 35 minutes or till top is lightly
browned. Cool in pan for at least 30
minutes before slicing into bars.
Yield: 12
