Cranberry Gelatin
Squares
1 6-ounce package cranberry flavored gelatin
1 1/2 cups boiling water
1 cup 100 % cranberry juice
Lettuce cups
Light whipped topping
Stir gelatin into
boiling water for at least 3 minutes.
Stir in cranberry juice. Pour
into a 9 x 9 x 2-inch refrigerator dish or gelatin mold. Cover and refrigerate until set. Cut into squares. Serve on a crisp lettuce cup and top with a
dollop of whipped topping.
Yield: 6 servings.
