Cranberry Sauce

cups fresh cranberries
1
cup cold water
1
cup granulated sugar
1
teaspoon ground cinnamon
In a saucepan, combine sugar and water. Bring to a rapid boil for 5 minutes, stirring
to dissolve sugar. Add cranberries and
return to boiling. Reduce heat to medium
and boil for 3 to 4 minutes or until skins pop, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and stir in cinnamon. Serve warm or chilled.
Yield: 2
cups.
