Crunchy Green Bean Casserole

2   15-ounce cans French cut green beans, drained

1   10-ounce can cream of mushroom soup

½  cup milk

1   large can French Fried onion rings

     Salt and fresh ground pepper

 

Preheat oven to 350-degrees.  In a large bowl, mix together green beans and half the onion rings.  In a small bowl, mix together the milk and soup.  Combine soup mixture and bean mixture.  Season to taste.  Coat a 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking pan with cooking spray.  Pour green bean mixture in.  Top with remaining onion rings.  Bake for 20 minutes or until heated through. 

Yield:  6 servings.
