Crustless Pie – Betty Allen –

“A recipe which has
been adapted without the crust which makes it almost calorie and fat free – can
be made with any flavor Jell-O and yogurt.”
1 box sugar free gelatin
¼ cup boiling water
2 containers light yogurt – same flavor as
gelatin
1 container fat-free whipped topping, thawed
Dissolve gelatin in
boiling water in heat-resistant bowl.
Stir in yogurt with a wire whip.
With a wooden spoon, fold in thawed whipped topping. Place mixture in a ceramic pie plate (can be
any kind). Refrigerate over night, or at
least 2 hours.
