(peanut butter) with the combination of other incomplete proteins builds and
renews body tissues and supplies energy.
Vitamin C (celery)
maintains a sound condition of teeth and gums.
It also increases resistance to infection.
SUPPLIES!
Peanut butter
Celery
Golden Raisins
MATERIALS!
1 plastic knife
1 small paper plate
1 tablespoon measure
RECIPE!
1 3-inch piece celery stalk
1 tablespoon peanut butter
5 raisins
DIRECTIONS!
1. Measure peanut butter.
2. Stuff celery.
3. Place on raisins
4. Eat and Enjoy!
Wash hands with
soap and water before cooking.
Wear an apron or
smock to protect your clothes.
Listen carefully to
directions.
Use good table manners.
Assist with clean
up.

EXTENSIONS!
Provide cream
cheese, cheese whiz or pimento spread to stuff celery.
