Fresh Salsa

 

Quick and Easy

 

2   large ripe tomatoes, diced

2   green peppers, diced

1   white onion, diced

1   tablespoon lemon juice

1   jalapeno pepper, diced

2   tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped

 

In a medium bowl, mix tomatoes, green peppers, onion, lemon juice, jalapeno peppers and cilantro.  Cover and chill in the refrigerator until serving.  Serve with tortilla chips. 

Yield:  12 servings
