Frozen
Yogurt Pops
A frozen blend of yogurt, orange
juice and fresh strawberries is a cool treat for a hot summer day. What makes yogurt? The words “live and active cultures” refer to
the living organisms which convert pasteurized milk to yogurt during
fermentation. This process creates
yogurt, with its unique taste, texture, and healthful attributes. Some yogurts are heated after they are made,
thereby destroying the cultures. Ask an
adult to supervise or assist when using the blender. Always leave the kitchen sparkling clean.
