Fruit Kabob

NUTRITION!
Vitamin C (fruit)
increases resistance to infection and maintains a sound condition of teeth and
gums.
Potassium (fruit)
regulates blood pressure, normal muscle contractions and promotes regular heart
beat. It also maintains water balance in
tissues and cells.
SUPPLIES!
Pineapple chunks
Sliced peaches
Sliced pears
Bananas slices
Seedless grapes
Hulled strawberries
Confectioners’
sugar
MATERIALS!
6 paper bowls
1 craft stick (4 ˝ x 3/8 x 1/12-inches)
1 shaker for confectioners’ sugar
RECIPE – 1
SERVING!
4 slices canned or fresh fruit
2 sprinkles confectioners’ sugar
DIRECTIONS!
1. Choose 4 different fruits.
2. Gently push each fruit onto stick.
3. Lightly sprinkle fruit 2 times with confectioners’
sugar.
4. Eat and enjoy!
