Fudge Brownies-Sandy Sellers
1 cup granulated
sugar
1 stick butter or
margarine, softened
1 12-ounce
package semi-sweet chocolate morsels
3 large eggs
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons
vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon
baking soda
½ cup chopped
pecans
Preheat oven to 350-degrees. Coat a 9-inch square baking pan with cooking
spray. Cream together the sugar and
butter/margarine. Mix in eggs and
vanilla. Stir in flour and baking
soda. Fold in morsels and pecans. Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick
inserted in center comes out clean.
Yield: 8
