1 12-inch refrigerated
pizza crust
1 cup pizza
sauce
1 tablespoon
vegetable oil
½ cup broccoli
flowerets, sliced very thin*
½ cup
cauliflower flowerets, sliced very thin*
1 green,
yellow or red bell pepper, sliced very thin*
2 green
onions, sliced very thin
1 cup shredded
mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded
cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to
400-degrees. Brush pizza crust with
oil. Spoon pizza sauce over crust. Evenly sprinkle on vegetables. Top with Mozzarella cheese and Cheddar
cheese. Bake about 20 minutes or
until crust is light golden brown and vegetables crisp-tender.
Yield: 6
servings.
*The vegetables will not cook in 20 minutes unless sliced
very thin.
