Going Fishing
Preschoolers develop cognitive, motor and social
skills through creative cooking experiences!
Vitamin D (yogurt)
enables the growing body to use calcium and phosphorus in a normal way in
building sound bones and teeth.
Carbohydrates
(crackers) give work energy for body activities and heat energy for maintenance
of body temperature.
Parmesan cheese
Goldfish crackers
Blue gel color
1 tablespoon measure
1 plastic spoon
1 small paper bowl
1 small paper plate
2 tablespoons plain yogurt
1 teaspoon Parmesan cheese

Goldfish crackers.
1. Measure yogurt and Parmesan cheese. Place in a small bowl.
2. Mix together with a spoon for 1 minute. Add a tad of color (adult)
3. Stir together for 1 minute.
4. Place yogurt
(water) bowl on a small plate. Count out
10 goldfish.
5. Dip and Enjoy!
Wash your hands
with soap and water before cooking.
Wear an apron or
smock to protect your clothes.
Listen carefully to
directions.
Use good table
manners.
Assist with clean
up.
