Green Bean Casserole

2    15-ounce cans cut green beans, drained

1    10-ounce can cream of chicken soup

½   cup milk

1    large can French fried onion rings

      Hot sauce

      Salt and fresh ground pepper to taste

 

Preheat oven o 350-degrees.  In a large bowl mix green beans with half the onion rings.  In a small bowl, stir milk into soup and add a couple dashes of hot sauce.  Pour soup mixture over green bean mixture, season and mix.  Coat a 13 x 9 x 2-inch casserole pan with cooking spray and pour green bean mixture in.  Top with remaining onion rings.  Bake for 20 minutes or until heated through. 

Yield:  8 servings.
