Green Beans Italian

 

Farmer’s Market

 

1    pound green beans, cut into 1-inch pieces

˝   teaspoon salt

2    teaspoons Italian seasoning

2    tablespoons olive oil

2    cloves garlic, minced

        

Steam or cook green beans in a small amount of salted water until crisp-tender.  Drain and set aside.  In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté garlic.  Add the green beans and Italian seasoning.  Toss to coat.

Yield:  4 servings.
