Grilled
Cheese Sandwiches
4 slices whole grain bread,
buttered on 1 side
1 tablespoon butter for
cooking
4 slices American, Cheddar,
Swiss or your favorite, 1/8-inch thick
2 slices tomatoes (optional)
Melt butter on a griddle.
Prepare sandwich buttered side out.
Grill on heated griddle and brown on both sides.
Yield: 2 sandwiches.
