1 pound boneless ham steak, fully cooked
2 tablespoons honey mustard
Preheat boiler to
500-degrees. Coat rack with cooking spray.
Place ham steak on broiler pan. Spread honey mustard over ham. Broil 8 inches from heat for 4 to 5 minutes
or until browned and bubbly. Watch
carefully to prevent burning.
Yield: 4 servings.
