Honey Corn

6      large ears corn on the cob

1      large pot boiling water

1      teaspoon salt

1      stick butter

        Honey

        Salt and pepper to taste

 

Bring salted water to a rolling boil. Do not shuck corn.  Add corn and cook  for

12 to 15 minutes or until corn is tender.   Drain water.  Put on clean heavy gloves to shuck corn.  Place corn on large serving platter.  Serve with salt, pepper, softened butter and a drizzle of honey.

Yield:  6 servings.
