Honey Glazed Carrots
1 pound carrots, cut into 1-inch pieces
1
tablespoon honey
2
teaspoons butter
1
tablespoon orange juice
½ teaspoon orange zest
Steam or cook carrots in a small amount of water until
crisp-tender. Drain! In a saucepan, add
honey, butter, orange juice and zest.
Add cooked carrots and coat with glaze.
Yield: 4
servings.
